WHERE IS MY FUNDRAISER ORDER?

If you ordered a fundraiser item, please note:

• Your order will NOT ship right away.

• Nothing ships until the fundraiser closes. You can check when your fundraiser closes on your collection page and in the description of each listing in the fundraiser.

• After the fundraiser closes, it takes about 2 weeks for all orders to be made and ready.

• Once that 2-week processing time is finished, your order will ship (or be ready for pickup if that was chosen).

👉 Example: If the fundraiser closes on September 26th, your order will be ready around October 10th.

👉 Fundraiser Orders will not begin processing until 2 weeks after the fundraiser closing date. Exact dates are never a guarantee as delays out of my control do happen from time to time.

This means your order will not ship (or be ready for pickup) until that timeline is complete.

Please keep this in mind before emailing us about your order status.

We cannot respond to “when will my order ship?” messages, because our focus is on getting all fundraiser orders made and delivered as quickly as possible.

Please Note:

Paying for expedited shipping does not shorten our processing time. Processing times remain the same regardless of the shipping method chosen. Expedited shipping only speeds up the transit time once your order has left our facility. This is not extra money we are making—it is strictly the carrier’s shipping fee.
