Shipping & Processing Time Info:

Regular Orders are processed within 5-7 business days, excluding shipping time. 

Fundraiser Orders will be processed and available for shipping or pickup two weeks(14 BUSINESS DAYS) after the store closes.

 Selecting expedited shipping does not speed up the processing time.

Order Processing & Pick-Up 
We kindly ask that you do not email us asking when your order will be ready.
All timelines are clearly outlined during checkout and on each listing. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a notification with pick-up or shipping details.

Because we are focused on getting everyone’s orders out on time, emails asking about order status will not receive a response. Thank you for your patience and understanding!


Order Issues & Timeframe Policy

Because every item is custom made, we kindly ask that all customers review their order upon delivery and notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving their items.

 

 

After this timeframe, we are unable to make changes, offer replacements, or address concerns, as products may have already been worn, washed, or used.

Return & Exchange Policy


At Long Island Spirit & Sports Apparel, we take pride in offering high-quality, custom-made products designed just for you. Due to the nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order:

1. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. Orders cannot be returned or exchanged once they are placed. No exceptionsThis policy applies to all apparel and accessories, including custom Spiritwear and sports apparel.


2. Order Accuracy
To ensure satisfaction with your order, we encourage you to double-check all sizing, colors, and personalization details before completing your purchase. We provide comprehensive size charts for every product to help you choose the perfect size with confidence. These charts are based on industry-standard measurements and have been tested for accuracy. We are happy to assist with any questions you may have prior to ordering.


3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at info@lispiritsportsapparel.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description. We will review the issue and, if approved, will offer a replacement of the same item.


4. Custom Orders
Since most of our products are custom-made to order, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations once an order has been processed.
